Amenity Room
The amenity room is free for tenants of Brentwood Towers to book and use. If you would like to make a booking:

The room can be rented for single days, and the room must be cleaned and locked by midnight at the latest.

To inquire about room availability, you can contact us at info@bttaonline.com or brentwoodtowersta@gmail.com with the date and time of your tentative event. Please note that times requested should include all set-up and take down/cleaning times.

A $100 damage deposit is required in the form of cheque or money order made payable to O'Shanter Development Co. Ltd. The BTTA will hold that deposit in trust and return it to the tenant after inspection of the Amenity room post-event.

We require tenants to clean the room after their event - this includes sweeping and mopping the floors if required, and removing all garbage, including recycling and bathroom garbages.

Decorations should not be attached to the walls to avoid damage to the community room.

A volunteer from the BTTA will usually meet tenants a day or two before their event to exchange this deposit cheque for the room key. After the event, once the room is inspected, we return the deposit cheque to tenants or rip it up.

If your event is approved, you can print it and fill the form out or use electronic tools like Adobe Fill & Sign. Email us at info@bttaonline.com or brentwoodtowersta@gmail.com with your scanned or completed form, or arrange to hand a physical copy to a BTTA volunteer.
Please note that the room is run by volunteers, so please give us up to a week to respond to any inquiries.
